A Positive PR Story:
Arrindell Aviation Services 20^th anniversary event

Diana Ries Designs produced Arrindell’s 20^th anniversary fundraising event in November 2009 in St. Maarten.

Tied to a local charity, the event not only raised money but also gained Arrindell Aviation the positive press they wanted to achieve, both locally and nationally.

The coordinated anniversary campaign included a sponsorship program and all related collateral, advertising and press releases for trade and local publications and a live auction. We also obtained all the sponsors, auction items, negotiated and contracted for caterers, entertainment, event space, the auctioneer, guest gifts, and more. Local venders were included as sponsors, which in turn reduced costs.

A memorable acronym was created to promote the event:

A.S.P.I.R.E.
